CooperVision Websystem3 enables automated patient communications

Article

New communications system takes advantage of digital and mobile technology to give you better patient engagement.

Pleasanton, CA-CooperVision Inc. now offers eyecare professionals the ability to communicate with patients automatically using custom Web-based software offered by Websystem3. With digital media and mobile device use on the rise, WebSystem3 allows practices to automate key communications, taking advantage of technology to build digital marketing programs to drive practice revenues.

Michael Arnell, OD, creator of WebSystem3, said: “As a practicing OD, I set out to build intelligent software that would solve the marketing needs of a practice-primarily to get more appointments and further engage with patients.”

Websystem3 cloud-based software can schedule appointment times and directly link satisfied patients to the most popular online review sites. The software enables an eyecare practice to send practice branded e-mail marketing campaigns and newsletters, deploy survey requests, push text messages to patients, and integrate with Facebook. An integrated mobile application and automated voice messaging is also available.
