Danbury, CT-Eschenbach recently announced a new Sektor D binocular series that features an open-hinge design.

The new open-hinge design allows the binoculars to be lighter in weight, and gives it ergonomic shape for improved ease of use and portability. It has a diopter adjustment that has a “click locking” feature for a clear view, and adapted eyepieces that don’t get in the way of specticals.

All models in the Sektor series are manufactured with high-intensity Bak-4 prisms with full multilayer coating and phase correction. In addition, all 5 of the Sektor D binoculars are waterproof. A carrying strap with a quick release fastener, along with a protective case and dust caps are included in the accessories package. The Sektor D series has a 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
