Contact lenses have more to offer than only refractive error correction

Contact lenses have more to offer than only refractive error correction, according to Lyndon Jones, PhD, FCAHS, FCOptom, FAAO, director of the Centre for Ocular Research & Education at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. Jones is lead author on a recent paper published in the British Contact Lens Association’s journal Contact Lens & Anterior Eye. The paper outlines other applications for contact lenses, and Jones discusses these with Optometry Times® Editor in Chief Gretchyn M. Bailey, NCLC, FAAO.
