Parsippany, NJ - The new Marc Jacobs eyewear collection mixes retro charm with unique, bold color combinations, according to a statement from Safilo Group, the manufacturer and distributor of the line.

The collection sports a chic, unconventional style with new geometric shapes enhanced by color blocking using contrasting colors in multi-layer acetates. Contrasting graphic lines highlight details such as color structure, small rivets, and the logo on the temples.

From solid tones in cyclamen/blue/white, coral/green/white and orange/lilac/white, to softer variations in nude/orange/white and Havana brown/blue/white, as well as a new take on the classic shades of black/dark tortoiseshell/Havana brown and black/gray/brown, those who don the sunglasses in any of these unique color combinations will make a strong style statement.

The optical frames feature a vintage-chic square frame and come in sweet colors reminiscent of sugar-coated treats, like cyclamen/blue/white, lime/white/green and blue/azure/white, as well as soft shades of Havana brown/blue/white and black/dark tortoiseshell/Havana brown and the timeless tones of black and Havana brown.

More information on the collection can be found on the manufacturer’s Web site. [www.safilo.com]
