Optometry Giving Sight announces its Philanthropist of the Year, Practice of the Year, and World Sight Day Challenge Outstanding Contribution.

 

Denver-Optometry Giving Sight (OGS) recognized its top donors for 2012 at a function sponsored by Hoya Vision at last month’s Vision Source Exchange meeting in Las Vegas.

Among the honorees:

• Philanthropist of the Year-Dennis Kuwabara, OD

• Practice of the Year-Isthmus Eye Care, Wisconsin WI

• World Sight Day Challenge Outstanding Contribution-Springfield Vision Clinic, MO

“We are delighted to recognize the commitment of these wonderful optometrists and their practices,” said Mary Anne Murphy, OD, chairperson of OGS. “Their outstanding fundraising efforts are an inspiration for all us and we know that the funds being raised are having a huge impact.”
