Optometry Times® polled our audience with the following question from February 25, 2022 to March 11, 2022:​ What is your big goal for 2022?

The poll appeared on optometrytimes.com and was promoted on social media channels. Results show the biggest goal for a majority of responding ODs is to hire additional staff.
