SECO brings together a faculty dedicated to sharing their expertise with doctors, technicians, assistants, patient advocates, and others whose goal is to protect, preserve, and potentiate the vision of patients who entrust their visual welfare to them.

Perusing the SECO 2013 continuing education program, you will find lecturers with an “alphabet soup” of degrees, distinctions, and affiliations offering education on a variety of topics. There ODs and MDs, RNs, and RPhs. You can find COTs, BSEds, and MMScs. COMTs, CPOAs, LDOS, FCLSAS, and HFOAAs. FOCDs, COs, RDOs . . . well, you get the point.

There is something for everyone, whether your interest is in disease or dispensing, surgery or office synergy. And if you have a special interest you would like to share, Dr. Paul Ajamian and Dr. Tammy Than offer a course on public speaking to get you on your way.

SECO is off to a great start and will be in full swing with Optometry’s Marketplace. I hope to see you there!
