Partners team up for optician education

The inaugural "Opticians in May" education day was held in California to provide continuing education for opticians.

Key Points

The event was co-sponsored by the California Association of Dispensing Opticians (CADO), Carl Zeiss Vision, and CSC Labs of Watsonville, CA. More than 60 opticians from the San Francisco Bay area attended.

CADO President John Gumm said the response was overwhelming, and the partners are planning another education day for next year.
