Walman Optical has announced that with a partnership with ADO Practice Solutions comes the PEAK Impact Program, which provides benefits and rebates available for eye care practices.1

“The PEAK Impact Program is more than just a benefits package; it’s a cornerstone for practice empowerment,” said Glen Funk, senior vice president and general manager of Walman Optical, in a news release. “We are dedicated to providing resources that significantly lessen operational burdens, allowing our partners to concentrate on what they do best – exceptional patient care.”

Practices that decide to join the program are offered a variety of benefits including rebates on lab work and services, free shipping on all incremental frame orders, and savings on eye glasses and contact lenses, according to the release. The Walman optical and contact lens rebates, in addition to a Cooper Vision and Johnson and Johnson contact lens rebate, is billed, purchased, and points to ADO, respectively. The program consists of 3 different benefit levels: PEAK Essentials, PEAK Performance, and PEAK Accelerator, with marketing support provided through DONE4YOU.2

For PEAK Essentials, the 3 rebates are listed at 1% on all purchases, with participating practices needing to maintain active ADO membership and a $2,500 monthly private pay revenue to Walman Optical. For PEAK Performance, all rebates are listed at 3%, which also holds the same requires, in addition to being a client of the DONE4YOU Marketing Package Program client. PEAK Accelerator receives the same benefits as the Performance package, but also includes a $250 discount per month for marketing services, in addition to a $500 per month marketing campaign credit. The Accelerator program also requires an additional $5,000 in monthly private pay revenue to Walman Optical above its pre-program average, while maintaining ADO membership and DONE4YOU client status.2

For Walman’s lab services, the company has a network of 28 labs and 3 processing centers for its eyewear. The company also has a 5 day average turn time for eye wear.3
