Optometry Times® polled our audience with the following question from November 22, 2021 to November 25, 2021:​ How are you celebrating Thanksgiving this year?

The poll appeared on optometrytimes.com and was promoted on various social media channels. Results show a majority of responders will have less people at their Thanksgiving gathering this year than before the pandemic.

14 ODs responded, in total. Of these:

  • 5 responded "I will be celebrating Thanksgiving with the same number of people as I did before the pandemic"
  • 0 responded "There will be more people attending Thanksgiving this year compared to before the pandemic"
  • 9 responded "There will be less people attending Thanksgiving this year compared to before the pandemic"
