This year's International Vision Expo West, Oct. 7-9, 2010 in Las Vegas, will be a one-stop event.

I'm pleased to say that this year's International Vision Expo West, to be held Oct. 7 to 9, 2010 in Las Vegas, is the one-stop event where optometrists can learn about the latest in clinical, medical, and patient care, as well as see the newest trends and technologies available.

Membership organizations

In response to the new requirements for board certification and continued competency, the first national Board Certification Review course will be held during the expo. Twelve hours of presentations will be given on topics such as anterior segment therapy, ocular pharmacology, glaucoma, retina, cataract, and clinical problem-solving.
