The expansion follows a 30% year-over-year growth rate.

Optimax Eyewear Group, the parent company of GlassesUSA.com, announced plans to increase its Atlanta manufacturing capacity by 50% as it enters 2026. The expansion follows 30% year-over-year growth, which the company attributes to strategic partnerships, new product launches, and expansion into targeted market segments, according to a news release.

The company said it has integrated its design, manufacturing, and proprietary AI technology into a single ecosystem in response to evolving consumer expectations for faster service and a more streamlined shopping experience. The technology includes matchmaking and virtual try-on tools designed to help customers navigate a catalog of more than 16,000 frames and receive prescription eyewear within days.

According to Optimax, the Atlanta facility expansion and increased automation are intended to support quality control and enable faster shipping, including next-day delivery options across its portfolio of brands.

The company also reported growth across its brand portfolio and B2B channels. OTTICA, a multi-brand luxury e-commerce platform launched in the fourth quarter of 2025, offers designer brands including Gucci, Prada, and Tom Ford. FORK Eyewear, introduced in late 2025, is a sunglasses brand featuring unisex frames with light-tinted lenses designed for low-light settings. Optimax’s B2B managed care division, United Vision Plan (UVP), expanded in 2025 by onboarding new clients and integrating vision benefits into online shopping experiences.

“2025 was a breakout year for us. We’re seeing a real shift in the market, and our growth proves that our ecosystem model is working,” said Daniel Rothman, CEO and cofounder of Optimax, in the release. “We aren't just selling frames; we’re using our AI tools to change how people find them, making it easy to pick the perfect pair from a massive selection. By moving into new segments like luxury and streetwear, we’re making sure we have an answer for every type of customer.”

“Expanding our Atlanta facility is what gives us the foundation to keep innovating with brands like FORK and OTTICA while supporting our strategic partnerships,” said Eldad Rothman, COO and cofounder of Optimax, in the release. “We’ve invested heavily in automation and optical precision because, at the end of the day, it’s about quality and speed. We want to make sure that even as we scale, we can still deliver on our promise of fast shipping and next-day options without cutting any corners.”

The company said its model combines design, AI-driven tools, and U.S.-based manufacturing to support its retail and business operations.
